A three-month coaching group for those who would like to improve their fitness, health & happiness

starting at noon Tuesday, January 10th, 2023

We all want to be a little fitter, healthier & happier

It's not always easy to stick to our intentions

Changing habits takes time and effort

I created this group to support you in reaching your goals

 


Here’s what you’ll get:

  • A weekly virtual group meeting (tuesdays @ noon pst) three times a month starting January 10th, 2023 (if you’re unable to attend live you’ll have access to a recording)

  • A WhatsApp group to support, motivate & connect with other participants

  • Guidance and support between meetings to help you stay on track

  • A Vision Board Workshop on Saturday January 7th from 3pm to 5pm ($75 value)

This group is for you if you:

  • love investing in yourself

  • are ready to be disciplined

  • need and/or like having accountability

  • value feeling good in your body and spirit

  • are tired of dieting and feeling bad about yourself

  • like to be part of a community of like-minded people

  • would like support and positive reinforcement along the way

  • are feeling burnt-out, anxious and/or stressed more than you’d like

  • would like to improve your fitness, health & happiness but it feels overwhelming


This group is probably not for you if you:

  • have a negative mindset

  • don’t like trying new things

  • lack discipline and give up easily

  • don’t have time to commit to yourself right now
