Service Description

Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring in the waistline. It improves, alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture. All levels welcome!
