The main challenge is to just check-in each day, if you do that, you're half way there. - We will start by taking stock of where we are now. - Then we will set individual goals in 3 areas: fitness, health & happiness. - You will receive a daily email, some days it will be a worksheet, others inspiration, motivation or questions to prompt reflection & introspection and bring awareness to patterns in your life. - We will work on creating long lasting habits that will make us fitter, healthier & happier!
