*this is not a physical challenge* Take 30 days to reset a positive mindset, healthy habits & active goals. The main challenge is to check-in each day, commit to yourself! - We'll start by taking stock of where we're at now. - Then we'll set individual goals in 3 areas: fitness, health & happiness. - You'll receive a daily email, some days it will be a worksheet, others inspiration, motivation or questions to prompt reflection & introspection and bring awareness to patterns in your life. - We'll work on creating long lasting habits that will make us fitter, healthier & happier! Join with a friend! Starts Saturday, March 5th, 2022 time commitment: ~ 5 - 15 mins a day
