Ageing Consciously
With aging parents this has been on my mind a lot lately. And it's something I've been talking a lot about in class: prevention. When we're doing our exercises in class I think about all the ailments we're preventing that we will never know we might have had. Things I hear about all the time like frozen shoulder, back aches and tight necks (and mental cognition).
