I'm Alejandra, but every one calls me "Ali".

I've been a fitness trainer for 39 years,

I still can't believe it's been that long!


Health & fitness is my passion.

My mission is to inspire people to be fit, healthy and happy!

I believe life is beautiful and we should enjoy ourselves as much as possible.

We can do that best in a healthy body.

My style is non-competitive and encouraging.

I like to create a sense of community in my classes.

I live with my husband and my grown son in Vancouver, Canada

CORE CONNECTION  Saturdays 10:30am Pacific Time

Join Ali for live Core Connection class online or rent a video. Improve strength, posture and alignment in a full-body workout where every exercise is based in the core - the natural girdle that wraps around the waist flattening the belly and supporting the back. This class incorporates the use of hand weights and elements from Pilates all taught in a supportive non-competitive environment. All levels welcome. 1 hour class.


Join Ali for live Therapeutic Foam & Body Rolling class online or rent a video. A satisfying class that releases tight muscles, knots and myofascial tissue (the thin tissue that holds the inside of our body together). Increase flexibility, circulation (blood flow and oxygen), improve performance, reduce stress and even reduce cellulite. It will restore tissue so that the body can function as it should. 1 hour class. Equipment needed: foam roller and a massage ball, see HERE

PILATES Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 9:00am Pacific Time

Join Ali for live Pilates classes online or rent a video. Pilates is a form of exercise done with concentration and control. It's a full body workout with no impact on the joints. The basis of Pilates is to build CORE strength - the girdle-like cylinder that wraps around the torso to support the back and bring the waistline in. It improves, alignment, balance, coordination, circulation, flexibility and posture. All levels welcome as options are given for each exercise. 1 hour class.

STRETCH & RELAX Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays 9:00am Pacific Time

Join Ali for live Stretch & Relax classes online or rent a video. Choreographed to beautiful music this rejuvenating class combines stretching techniques from exercise physiology, dance and yoga to lengthen muscles, improve range of motion, enhance balance and prevent injury. Stretch progressions are given making this class suitable for all flexibility levels. Not only great for the body but also wonderful for the mind. 1 hour class.

30 MINUTE FULL BODY EXPRESS WITH WEIGHTS Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00am Pacific Time

Classes are for everyone, I give levels for each exercise so you can work at your own pace

FAQ about the live on-line classes

What kind of device do I need for the on-line classes?

Any type of device that has internet connection - a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

What equipment do I need?

For all classes: A mat or carpet and a small pillow or folded towel to kneel on.

For Core Connection: hand weights, a theraband, keep them handy as I may give options. but not necessary.

For Stretch class a theraband (or belt, scarf) and a tennis or like ball to massage the feet once in a while.

For the Total Body Conditioning: hand & ankles weights and a sturdy chair.

For Foam & Body Rolling: a foam roller and 1 - 2 myofascial release balls.

Is the cost per household or per person?

Per person.
