It's 12 days until Xmas!
I challenge you to do these 12 simple things until then:
🎄 On the 1st day of Christmas
Do 1 minute of kegels to strengthen my core and pelvic floor
🎄 On the 2nd day of Christmas
Spend 2 minutes breathing deeply, grounding myself in the present moment
🎄 On the 3rd day of Christmas
Enjoy 3 servings of colorful vegetables today—think greens, reds, and oranges!
🎄 On the 4th day of Christmas
Spend 4 minutes stretching the neck and shoulders to relieve tension
🎄 On the 5th day of Christmas
Spend 5 minutes breathing deeply, grounding myself in the present moment
🎄 On the 6th day of Christmas
Take a 6-minute walk during lunch to boost my energy and get outside
🎄 On the 7th day of Christmas
Enjoy 7 minutes of gentle Pilates to engage my core and improve posture
🎄 On the 8th day of Christmas
Have 8 ounces of water with each meal to stay hydrated all day
🎄 On the 9th day of Christmas
Take 9 deep breaths outside, focusing on the sights and sounds of nature
🎄 On the 10th day of Christmas
Stretch for 10 minutes before bed to help my body relax and unwind
🎄 On the 11th day of Christmas
Step outside for 11 minutes to enjoy the fresh air and get some Vitamin D
🎄 On the 12th day of Christmas
Take a 12-minute leisurely walk, enjoying the sights and sounds of my surroundings
